About Sheloya Mystical

Sheloya's Home AltarWe are a network of mystical artists living in northern Israel.  We strive to make the most authentic and carefully made amulets, talismans, charms, and other mystical items utilizing the ancient wisdom of a variety of belief systems.

Many things used in modern mysticism today originated in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia.  Here in Haifa Israel, we have the advantage of being in a port town, in a trade nexus, and where many important resources are made or grown.  So we pass the savings onto you.

Sheloya is a verified PayPal business member with a long record of excellent customer service.  So you are protected under PayPal’s buyer protection policy

Shipping Policy

Our shipping day is Thursday and we always send registered mail with a tracking number.   We have free shipping, which means that it’s included in the price based on average costs.  However, we do often give refunds of the extra shipping costs because most items are small and here in Israel, we have a flat rate for registered mail in small envelopes up to 250 grams (about 1/2 pound).  The automatic tally is just to cover things in case the items are relatively heavy or a larger envelope or box and special packing material is required, like metal rings or “cages” to prevent smashing of fragile things or extra sealing to prevent spillage of oils or potions.

We pack things well in padded envelopes with wood or metal reinforcement if needed, but sometimes stuff happens.  If your items are damaged or broken on the way by the postal service despite our efforts, please take a photo of them and let us know so we can send you another.  Returns are unnecessary except for crystal or gem items for which we’ll need to reuse the stones to make you a new item.

We are actually located in northern Israel, so your item may take up to one month to arrive.  If it takes longer than 30 days, please let us know so that we can ask the postal service to investigate.  If the item is lost, we will send you another as soon as possible.

Didn’t find what you really want?

I can make custom items.  Just let me know what you need, and if I can make it or find it, I’ll do so, even if it means referring you to another mystic or artist.  I am very supportive of the handmade and spiritual community, so I try to spread the business around.  If someone else makes a more suitable item for your needs, I’ll find them.
